Brazil should reach the mark of 100 electric vehicles in circulation later this year
Economical and efficient. The search for electric vehicles has been growing in the world and Brazil is no different. A survey carried out in 2021 by McKinsey & Company, a global strategic consulting firm, recorded that 48% of Brazilians intend to acquire trend technology, while 10% guarantee that they will make the purchase. The data is confirmed by the increase in the number of cars on the streets, which will certainly benefit Civil Construction. The Brazilian Electric Vehicle Association (ABVE) predicts that the country should reach the mark of 100 vehicles in circulation this year. In February, the registrations already marked 79,8 thousand, and last year closed at 35 thousand.
The high demand suggests the adaptation for this new market. In Itapema (SC), the Gessele Enterprises, construction company that develops luxury real estate inspired by European royalty, will already have the structure for electric vehicles in its recent launches. “More and more we hear and watch about new technologies and those who settle down run the risk of being left behind. At Gessele Empreendimentos, we are always reinventing ourselves to include all the innovations that can generate more comfort to customers and investors”, says Ivan Oliveira, civil engineer at the construction company.
The newly released Francisco I e George VI, which harmonize the design european classic to Olos technology modernity of the 21st century, already have the news. “The difference is that each resident will receive the structure ready to adapt to their car model. Thus, you will have convenience to charge your vehicle without leaving home”, completes the engineer. At first, all future releases by the construction company should have the structure.

Even if the purchase price is higher compared to common cars, electric vehicles are considered the future of the sector, as there is no need for fuel and they have more affordable maintenance, generating savings over the years. In addition, they are more powerful and less polluting for the environment, including the hybrid models, which come with both an electric and a traditional motor.
