Large Brazilian chain of stores in the civil construction segment offers 600 courses in various areas aimed at qualifying the workforce

The company, which is setting up the sixth branch of the Ferreira Costa company in September, in João Pessoa, Paraíba, has just announced that it will offer 600 courses in its professional club program in September.
The courses will be aimed at civil construction professionals, and will be carried out by partner brands of the home center, with practical and theoretical classes, depending on the topic addressed and will take place in the physical structure of the Instituto de Educação Superior da Paraíba (IESP), which is close to the company unit.

Participation in courses brings more training and, consequently, financial revenue, since there is more quality in the service provided. In addition, it facilitates direct contact between suppliers and partners, provides exchange of experiences and knowledge, and expands the participants' relationship network.
The training program
The Professional Club is a Ferreira Costa program that celebrates its 10th anniversary this year and has more than 19 registered civil construction professionals in its five branches (Tamarineira e, Imbiribeira, in Recife, Garanhuns, in the interior of Pernambuco, Aracaju, Salvador , and now João Pessoa).
In the first quarter of 2019, more than 150 activities were carried out, with more than 3,6 professionals participating.
The courses take place at the Higher Education Institute of Paraíba (IESP) and the days and times of the courses will be: Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 17:30 pm to 19:30 pm. Access here the link for all the details of the course, as well as to register.
