- Having completed an internship at the factory, in the area of activity or having 1 year of experience/acting in the market in the same area.
- Formation:
- Technical High School or High School with training at SENAI (Minimum course of 600 hours in the following modalities: Mechanics or Mechatronics);
- For other training courses, an exceptional validation must be requested from the Engineering Center.

Minimum of 10 years in the industrial area, covering medium and advanced level work in Allen Bradley or Siemens drives and PLC, HMI and Allen Bradley or Siemens communication networks;
Domain in the interpretation of single-line and three-line diagrams and electrical diagrams of machines;
Advanced knowledge in direct drive systems and drives with Allen Bradley or Siemens AC inverters;
