Catuaí Shopping Cascavel, in the heart of the city, arrives with a gigantic and innovative structure, offering more than 270 stores in a total area of 106 thousand square meters, 83 thousand of which are built area.

“This shopping mall is yet another reflection of the growth of the services sector, which reinforces Cascavel’s role in the state’s economy,” said Ratinho Junior, also mentioning that the monumental investment helps to consolidate Paraná as one of the main employment hubs in Brazil.
Structure to serve the entire region
The new mall was not built just for shopping. With a leisure area and diverse services, the Catuaí Shopping Cascavel wants to position itself as a meeting point to resolve everyday demands.
According to Alfredo Khouri, president of the Catuaí Group, the shopping mall was designed to offer convenience to visitors.
“This is a space to solve everything in one place: shopping, health, food and even education. We seek to meet all the needs of the residents of Cascavel and the surrounding area,” he explained.
The location of the shopping mall was strategically chosen.
Close to the Municipal Lake and the Cascavel Zoo, places of great movement, the shopping center has the potential to attract not only local residents, but visitors from other cities in Western Paraná.
The expectation is that the space will receive around 30 thousand people on weekends., generating even more movement and boosting trade in the region.
