The announcement of the new public tender of the Federal Regional Court of the 3rd Region, in the states of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul, is about to be published. This past Thursday, the agency published the basic design of its contest, containing some information about the vacancies, steps provided for in the selection notice and positions.
This contest has as main objective to fill the vacant positions and that will still be vacant in the Federal Regional Court 3rd Region and also of the judiciary sections of the states of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul.
It has already been defined according to the extract of the signed contract, the bank organizing the event, and on December 21, 2022, the Foundation for the Entrance Examination of the Universidade Estadual Paulista “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” – VUNESP will be in charge of the organization, planning and carrying out all the procedures of the public tender.
The expectation is that there will be more than 30 applications, considering around 22.500 applications for analyst positions; and up to 7.500 for technical positions.

POSITIONS AND VACANCIES
In the same way that the basic project is being disclosed, it is also planned to offer 23 immediate vacancies, in addition to the formation of a reserve register in positions of Judicial Analysts (18) and Judicial Technicians (05).
REMUNERATION:
In addition to these positions and the number of vacancies, this basic project also discloses the remuneration offered to those who will be approved. In the case of Técnico, the salary offered is around R$7.591,37, while for Analysts it is R$12.455,30.
Even with all these data, on January 10, 2023, a law was amended, Law No. In this way, these salaries for this year 11.416 will now be:
Position - Judicial Analyst
Starting salary - BRL 13.202,62
Final salary - BRL 19.823,62
Position - Judicial Technician
Starting salary - BRL 8.046,84
Final salary - BRL 12.083,30
In addition, to the basic salary, pre-school allowance in the amount of R$ 951,84 is added, and food allowance in the amount of approximately R$ 1.203,76.

TRF-3 TESTS
Candidates who are interested in participating in the selection can now begin preparations, since, according to the basic project presented, the steps will be applied as follows:
– Objective test, of qualifying and eliminatory nature, for all positions;
– Discursive test – Case study, of a classificatory and eliminatory nature, for all positions, except for Judicial Police
– Speech test – Writing, only for Técnico – Judicial Police agents;
– Physical Capacity Test, only for the
Technician – Judicial Police Officer.
The discursive and objective tests will be held on the same day and will still last about 4h30, candidates must answer 60 multiple choice questions, which will consist of:
– 20 of general knowledge and;
– 40 specific knowledge
Candidates for the position of Judicial Technician, Specialty Agent of the Judicial Police will answer 80 multiple-choice questions, and will also complete an essay and a test of physical capacity.
The discursive test will consist of 02 practical questions, where the candidate must present in writing all the solutions.
