Investment period – vehicular natural gas (CNG)

The investment period will also allow the Company to focus on the internalization of vehicular natural gas (CNG) in the State, taking the product to Petrolina, for example.

“In the city it will be an innovative project, we will take natural gas in the liquefied phase, transported by truck, and it will be distributed there as it is here in Recife. The goal is to make the gas available in all regions with potential, and to increasingly inland, reaching all regions,” said Fábio.

Copergás is expected to reach more than 42 new consumers across the state by 2024, with a strong focus on the residential and commercial segment. The vehicular branch will also play an important role, and will reach 18 new filling stations in Pernambuco this year.
