Get to know CSN
CSN Mineração SA is the second largest exporter of iron ore in the country and is among the five most competitive in the transoceanic market. With certified reserves of more than 3 billion tons according to the Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC), the company owns the Casa de Pedra and Engenho mines, the Pires processing complex, participation in the railway MRS and a captive terminal for iron ore exports at the Port of Itaguaí.
CSN operates throughout the steel production chain, from the extraction of iron ore to the production and marketing of a diversified line of steel products which include flat, coated, galvanized, pre-painted steel, metal sheets and long steels (rebar and wire rod).
