DeepOcean, a Norwegian subsea operations provider, has acquired Btwn to expand its autonomous capabilities in digital transformation.

Norway-based ocean services company DeepOcean has strengthened its presence in the digitalization market by acquiring Btwn, a company specializing in digital transformation and automation of submarine operations.

In addition to becoming an integral part of DeepOcean's digital innovation team, Btwn will continue to operate as an independent brand, serving the company's current and other potential customers. The acquisition of Btwn is part of DeepOcean's strategy to position itself as a leader in digitalization and automation of subsea operations.

Expansion of the digital innovation team

A acquisition Btwn will strengthen DeepOcean's internal development team and customer-facing digital innovation projects in all of these areas, according to Øyvind Mikaelsen, CEO of DeepOcean.
