New Air Force competition offers places in the Sergeant Training Course for young Brazilians aged 17 to 25.
Last Monday, (01/07), the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) announced the opening of a new public tender with vacancies allocated to the Air Force Sergeants Training Course, with enrollment scheduled for the second half of 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for young Brazilians who wish to pursue a military career and contribute to one of the most respected institutions in the country.
Who can participate and compete for vacancies on the Sergeant Training Course?
Candidates of both sexes who have completed high school and are between 17 and 25 years old can participate in the selection process until December 31, 2025.
It is important to highlight that 20% of vacancies are reserved for black candidates, as provided by law.

Course structure and specialties offered in the new Air Force public competition
The Sergeants Training Course will be held at the Aeronautics Specialists School (EEAR), located in Guaratinguetá/SP, on a military boarding school basis.
Expected to last two years, the candidates Those approved will have the opportunity to specialize in one of the various areas offered, such as Communications, Electricity and Instruments, Aircraft Mechanics, among others.
Upon reaching the rank of third sergeant, graduates will have an initial base pay of R$3.825,00, in addition to benefits such as food, accommodation, uniforms, medical, hospital and dental assistance.
What are the stages of the selection process?
The selection process will consist of several eliminatory and qualifying stages, starting with the Written Test, scheduled for December 1st.
This phase will cover fundamental subjects such as Portuguese Language, English Language, Mathematics and Physics, with a total duration of 4 hours and 20 minutes.
The test locations include several cities across Brazil, guaranteeing access to candidates from different regions.
After the written test, the candidates will undergo a Health Inspection, a Psychological Aptitude Examination and a Physical Fitness Assessment Test, in addition to Documentary Validation.
The preliminary answer sheets will be published shortly after the test, on December 2nd, on the official registration website.

Those approved in all stages must enroll and prepare to start the course on July 2, 2025.
