Selection process with tests in December

The selection process for the Itaboraí City Hall competition will have three phases, the first consisting of objective and writing tests, scheduled for December 1st.

The tests will take place in two shifts, allowing candidates interested in more than one position to participate as long as the tests take place at different times.

The objective tests will consist of 40 questions, covering content from Portuguese Language, Fundamentals of Education, Statute of Municipal Public Servants of Itaboraí, History of Itaboraí and Specific Knowledge for each position. The essay will be an argumentative essay, where candidates must develop a text based on a theme proposed at the time of the test.

In addition to the initial stage, there will be a bond valuation, which will be of a qualifying nature and will be intended only for candidates approved in the first two phases.

This stage of the process seeks to value the experience and complementary training of candidates, adding points for those who have specializations, masters or courses additional information related to the area of ​​activity.

Reserve registration and validity of the Rio de Janeiro city hall competition

The vacancies allocated to the reserve list are not to be filled immediately, but ensure that those approved can be called throughout the validity of the competition, which is two years, with the possibility of being extended for a further two years.

This means that even those who are not initially called may still have the opportunity to fill a vacancy during the period of validity of the competition.
