This year, the Ceará State Traffic Department (Detran-CE) announced new dates and cities covered by the Popular CNH program. The cities of Maracanaú, Limoeiro do Norte and Itapipoca were the lucky ones this time. If you have been approved, you need to schedule your appointment at the driving school according to the available day and time. Attention: the maximum period to complete the process is 12 months.
In Ceará, 25 thousand citizens have already benefited from the CNH Popular, with 5 thousand driver's licenses for Fortaleza alone and the other 20 thousand distributed in the remaining 183 municipalities.
How does the process work?
