For Heber Resende, CEO of ES Gás, the result of the auction was positive for the state, for capixaba society, for the company and its shareholders.
He highlighted that the sale to private partners will provide the concessionaire with the skills necessary to act with agility and competitiveness in the new regulatory environment for natural gas, which is more open and disputed.
With the completion of the sale, ES Gás now has control in the hands of private partners, opening a new chapter in its history.
