The Brazilian Air Force (FAB) announces a public competition with hundreds of vacancies for technicians in multiple specialties. Registration is open, but will close soon. Take the opportunity!
The Brazilian Air Force (FAB) published a call notice, through a public competition, to provide military service on a temporary basis. In total, the FAB competition offers 514 immediate vacancies for technical professionals. The hiring will be carried out for the position of Reserve Sergeant 2nd Class (QSCon 2024).
Requirements required to participate in the FAB public competition
According to the notices, those interested in participating in the selective process must be Brazilian volunteers, at least 18 years old. They cannot be 41 years of age by the date of incorporation. The FAB competition also requires a high school diploma with technical training in one of the following areas:
- Nursing: technical course in Nursing;
- Drawing: technical course in Graphic Design;
- Photographic Processes: technical course in Photographic Processes;
- Topography: technical course in Topography or Geodesy and Cartography;
- Administration: technical course in Administration or Accounting;
- Works: technical course in Buildings or Civil Construction;
- Logistics: technical course in Logistics;
- Laboratory: technical course in Laboratory or Clinical Analysis;
- Electricity: technical course in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics or Electromechanics;
- Oral Health: technical course in Oral Health;
- Electronics: technical course in Electronics;
- Meteorology: technical course in Meteorology;
- Aircraft Mechanics: technical course in Aircraft Mechanics – Airframe;
- Audio and Video Production: technical course in Audio and Video Production;
- Aircraft Mechanics: technical course in Aircraft Mechanics – Avionics;
- IT: technical course in IT;
- Aircraft Mechanics: technical course in Aircraft Mechanics – Powerplant Group;
- Electromechanics: technical course in Electromechanics;
- Radiology: technical course in Radiology;
- Communications: technical course in Telecommunications.

Find out how to register for the FAB public competition
The inscriptions in Brazilian Air Force public competition must be carried out through the official website until the day November 14 this year. There is no provision for charging a fee.
All specific requirements and conditions for Participation in the Selection Process are set out in the Call Notice.
Volunteers must pay special attention to the Documents necessary to prove the Specific Requirements and Qualification Parameters, with a focus on proving the requirements and the scores to be confirmed in the Document Validation and Curricular Assessment.
Technical level vacancies will be distributed in the FAB competition in various areas of interest to COMAER, in accordance with the provisions of the Call Notice (AVICON). Those approved in the competition will be placed in municipalities in 18 Brazilian states and will undertake the Adaptation Internship for Plazas (EAP), lasting 12 months.
FAB opens opportunities for musicians
FAB is also open for registration until November 10th for the Table of Reserve Sergeants 2nd Class Called Up for Musician. The specific requirements and conditions for participating in the Public Tender are set out in the Call Notice. Vacancies will be distributed to the Brasília location, in the subspecialties of Clarinet, Trumpet, Bassoon, Trombone, Lyre-Keyboard, Sound Box-Drums-Bombo-Cymbals, Keyboard Percussion, Harp, Piano, Viola, Acoustic Double Bass and Cello.
