What will the Federal Institute's selection process be like?

Creating a reserve list means that successful candidates will not be hired immediately., but may be called as vacancies arise within the selection period.
Contracts will last up to one year, with the possibility of extension, respecting the total limit of two years.
This flexibility allows substitute teachers to contribute to teaching without compromising their main activities, as long as schedule compatibility is respected.
Who can participate?
The selection is open to various professionals in the teaching field, but there are important restrictions for hiring:
- The following may not be hired: teachers who already work in Higher Education or in Basic, Technical and Technological Education at Federal Educational Institutions.
- The following may be hired: public servants from other areas, as long as they prove that their working hours are compatible with the new contract.
These criteria were established to ensure that those selected are able to fully dedicate themselves to their roles at IFPI, guaranteeing the quality of the education offered.
