IFB Notice: Registration Open for Basic Education Teachers
The Federal Institute of Brasília (IFB) launched a notice for the selection of teachers for the Institutional Teaching Initiation Scholarship Program (PIBID).
The objective is to fill vacancies for PIBID supervisors, with the approval and release of scholarship quotas by CAPES, in addition to the qualification of schools by the Federal District Education Department (SEE-DF) and the IFB.

Registration until 23/08
Interested parties must register by 23:59 pm on the day 23 August. To apply, it is essential that the candidate has an updated CV on the Freire Platform, detailing their teaching experiences.
Furthermore, it is necessary to pass the selective process of the PIBID carried out by the IES and have at least 2 years of experience in teaching basic education.
Requirements and subprojects
The requirements for application include being a permanent teacher at the Partner School that will host the subproject and having a degree in the corresponding area.
However, there are exceptions: for the computing subproject, it is possible to have a degree in computing or a different area, as long as the candidate is working on IT projects.
In the interdisciplinary subproject of 2nd Degree in Portuguese Literature and Professional and Technological Education, it is possible to have training in a degree in Portuguese Literature or another area, as long as you work at a school that offers a technical high school course.
Scholarship details
The IFB PIBID project is structured into 12 subprojects, 11 of which are disciplinary and 1 is interdisciplinary. Each subproject can offer up to 3 scholarship quotas, with the exception of the interdisciplinary subproject, which can grant up to 6 quotas.
The areas covered include literacy, biology, computing, dance, Spanish, physics, geography, English, Portuguese, mathematics and chemistry.
