FIC in Solid Waste Agent – ​​80 Hours – 50 Vacancies

It aims to train professionals to work in the management and execution of activities linked to the area of ​​solid waste, exposing methods for identifying productive activities that generate waste, their environmental effects, the consequences on human health, the economy, and proposing mitigating measures, in order to to guarantee the preservation and conservation of the environment, benefiting the quality of life of the fixed and floating population.

FIC in Human Resources Assistant – 160 hours – 150 Vacancies

It aims to qualify professionals to carry out activities to support the planning, execution, evaluation and control of recruitment and selection processes, training and development, performance evaluation, positions and salaries and benefits in the Human Resources Sector of companies.

How to sign up for IFMA’s free courses

Those who are interested should know that registration for free online courses is also completely free and must be completed on the Institution's Platform by August 25th, where candidates must include the requested data to participate in the selection. Among the documents required for registration are:

  • Identity Card (front and back);
  • Proof of registration with the CPF (if the identity document contains the CPF number, it will not be necessary to attach this document);
  • Voter ID and Proof of clearance with the Electoral Court, via email address;
  • Proof of residence issued in the last three months;
  • Proof of education (diplomas, certificates) or statement issued by an educational institution proving the minimum requirement for the course chosen by the candidate;
  • Two current 3×4 photos.


The selection process and the selection of vacancies for free online courses at the Federal Institute will be carried out through a Registration Order, considering the criteria established in the Notice.

When will the results for free courses at IFMA be released?

The long-awaited final result with the list of recipients will be announced on the selection process page, on the IFMA website and on official social media channels. The schedule is planned as follows: 

  • Publication of notice 12/08/2024;
  • Challenge of the notice – 13/04/2024;
  • Registration – 14/08/2024 to 25/08/2024;
  • Disclosure of partial results – 30/08/2024;
  • Filing of appeals regarding the partial result – 01/09/2024;
  • Disclosure of the final result – 02/09/2024;
  • Enrollment in the FIC course – 03/09/2024 to 10/09/2024.
