Imagine qualifying for free in areas such as buildings, electrical engineering, musical instruments, automotive maintenance and much more. That's right!

O Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará (IFCE) has just opened registrations for 13 face-to-face technical courses on the Fortaleza campus.

There are 430 places available, half of which are intended for students who completed their entire elementary education in public schools. But be careful, registrations are limited and the deadline is already running out!

IFCE offers a wide range of courses for different student profiles. For those who have already completed high school, opportunities include:

  • Buildings
  • Electrotechnical
  • Tour guide
  • Musical instrument
  • Automotive Maintenance
  • Industrial Mechanics
  • Workplace safety

For those who are still attending high school, the institute offers integrated courses, such as:

  • Buildings
  • Electrotechnical
  • Computer Technology
  • Industrial Mechanics
  • Chemistry
  • Telecommunications

Registration and selection process at the Federal Institute

Do you want to secure your spot? Registration is open from August 7th to 22nd and must be made exclusively through the Funetec website, the foundation responsible for the selection process. Candidates will take a general knowledge and writing test, scheduled for September 8th.

To participate, you must pay a registration fee of R$50. However, Candidates registered in the Federal Government's Single Registry (CadÚnico) can request exemption from this fee until August 13th. Simply provide your Social Identification Number (NIS) when applying for exemption.

Timing of the selection process

  • 7 to 22 for August: Registration period
  • 7 to 13 for August: Deadline to request exemption from the registration fee
  • September 8: Carrying out the selection test
  • October 16: Start of classes

How to register for the Federal Institute selection process

Don't miss this opportunity to qualify for free! To sign up, access the Funetec website between the 7th and 22nd of August, fill out the registration form and pay the fee, if you are not entitled to the exemption. Prepare for the general knowledge and writing test that will be held on September 8th and, who knows, start your classes at IFCE on October 16th.
