New competition from the Federal Institute opens registrations for several areas with excellent salaries. The public competition aims to fill vacancies for teachers at Campus Codó, in the Maranhão region. Find out how to participate.
The Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Maranhão (IFMA) announced a new public competition with new vacancies for teachers. The Federal Institute competition is aimed at hiring substitute teachers for the Teaching Basic, Technical and Technological Education, Areas/disciplines: Administration, Physical Education and History.

The aforementioned public competition is intended to fill 3 vacancies for the temporary hiring of substitute Basic, Technical and Technological Education Teacher. The opportunities are aimed at the Codó Campus and a reserve register will be created that may, at the discretion of the administration, be used by other IFMA campuses, depending on the institution's interest, following the hiring criteria established in the notice.
If vacancies arise in other IFMA units for the same areas in which they were offered, the campus may choose to promote a new Federal Institute competition to fill the vacancy.

FOR Business Administration, a bachelor's degree in Administration or Public Management is required. For Physical Education and History, only a Degree in Physical Education and History, respectively, is required. It is worth mentioning that those approved in the Federal Institute's competition will work for 40 hours.
Registration for the public competition will be carried out exclusively electronically, on the Selection Process page on the IFMA – Campus Codó website until July 25th. The registration fee will be R$50.
It is worth mentioning that those who are bone marrow donors or are registered with CadÚnico can request an exemption from the fee. When registering for the Federal Institute competition, the candidate will receive the Federal Payment Guide (GRU) and must make payment at Banco do Brasil.
Public tender selection process IFMA
O selective process will consist of two stages. The first, consisting of a didactic test of an eliminatory and classificatory nature. The second, a qualifications test of a classificatory nature. The didactic test will be public and will consist of an expository class on one of the topics described in the notice. Among them are:

- Quality management;
- People management;
- Logistics;
- Entrepreneurship and innovation;
- Production management;
- Organizational behavior;
- Marketing administration.
PE
- Historical, Philosophical, Sociological and Anthropological Aspects of Physical Education;
- Physical Education and Special Education;
- Physical Education Legislation;
- Pedagogical Aspects of Corporeality in the School Environment;
- Pedagogical Trends in School Physical Education.
History
- Brazilian Prehistory: The First Inhabitants;
- Religiosity and Society in the Feudal World;
- Civilizations of the Ancient World: State, Society and Economy;
- History in High School: Theories and Concepts;
- African Kingdoms: from the 7th Century BC to the 15th Century AD.
At the time of the Didactic Test, the candidate must submit their updated Lattes CV to the Organizing Committee, accompanied by supporting documentation capable of scoring, duly updated and organized in accordance with the Qualifications Test Scoring Criteria, as per the Notice.
Federal Institute of Maranhão promises to open another public competition still on 2024
In addition to the current Federal Institute of Maranhão competition mentioned, other vacancies will soon be opened to hire professionals to work in meeting special educational needs in Teaching Projects, as scholarship holders.
This will be valid for 6 months, extendable for another 5 months, in the interest of the institution, the scholarship holder has announced, with no extension possible that extends beyond this period.
Registration for the Federal Institute competition will open on the 12th and candidates must fill out an electronic form available on the institution's website, filling in all the mandatory fields and attaching, in a single file, in PDF format, their documents in the following order:
- Official identification document with photo;
- Proof of Discharge from Military Service, for males;
- Higher or Professional training diploma from an Institution recognized by the Ministry of Education as a minimum requirement for participation;
- Proof of experience declared on the registration form;
- Proof of qualifications declared on the registration form.
