The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services announced a megapackage of federal tenders with the expectation of opening at least 8,5 vacancies in 15 bodies, being the first contest held by the ministry in over a decade. Government vacancies are for analysts in science and technology, researchers and technologists, with higher education requirements and a salary of up to R$ 16.798,48, according to the website Correio Braziliense.
With the announcement of this tender package, the year 2023 promises to be promising for those seeking a vacancy in the government's public sector. More than 50 vacancies will be opened in a federal government contest
According to the 2023 Federal Budget, the forecast is for the opening of 58.867 vacancies for provision and creation, of which 47.834 for the Executive branch, 6.522 for the Judiciary, 520 for the Legislative branch, 240 for the Public Ministry of the Union and 88 for the Union Public Defender. Minister Dweck stated that the bodies with the greatest staff deficit will be prioritized, as many areas are experiencing difficulty due to the absence of government tenders in recent years.
The vacancies offered in the government contest will be for middle and higher levels, with salaries of up to R$ 23.563,79. Opportunities will be distributed throughout Brazil, including the Federal District and other states, providing vacancies in different regions of the country.
The announcement of the megapackage of vacancies was made during an event of the first 100 days of the Lula government, and the Minister of the Environment, Marina Silva, took the opportunity to confirm the holding of a public tender for the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MMA ), Brazilian Institute for the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (Ibama) and Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio).
