In all, there are 15 vacancies distributed between the two functions:
- Nursing Technician: 13 vacancies

The role of Nurse also requires additional training, such as a postgraduate certificate in specific health areas, an updated ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) course, in addition to previous experience in the area.
Candidates for the position of Nursing Technician Those who have a course with a workload of more than 80 hours, certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and previous experience as a Nursing Technician, will have advantages in the selection process.
Selection steps
O selective process will consist of two stages:
- Curriculum Analysis: At this stage, candidates will have their CVs evaluated to check whether they meet the requirements for the position.
- Interview: Candidates approved in the first phase will be called for an interview, which will also have an eliminatory and classificatory nature.
The interview seeks to assess candidates' skills and experience, ensuring they are suitable for the roles available.
These two stages aim to select the most qualified candidates for vacancies, ensuring that Fhemig continues to provide quality services to the population of Minas Gerais.
The hiring of selected professionals will be temporary, lasting 12 months. However, there is the possibility of extension for another 12 months, if necessary.
Furthermore, the selection process will be valid for one year from the approval of the result, and may be extended for an equal period.
This means that candidates who are approved and not called immediately may be called during this period, if new vacancies arise.
