FLLC competitions continue until February. Students from 5 states join 45 teams for the national competition.
Of the 21 regional tournaments in FIRST LEGO League Challenge (FLLC) that take place throughout Brazil in calendar 2023-2024 of robotics, ten already gone! O Social Service for Industry (SESI), which operates the competition in the country, reaches the halfway point of the calendar with 58 teams classified for the national tournament. The national tournament will take place from February 28th to March 2nd in Brasília, bringing together teams from all over the country in an exciting competition.
The national robotics championship promises to be an incredible event, bringing together the best teams in Brazil in a great show of creativity and ingenuity. Championship participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a healthy and friendly competitive environment, promoting the development of technology and engineering in the country. The competing teams are preparing to do their best in the national championship, and the event is expected to be a great success for everyone involved.
FLLC Competitions – 2023/2024 Season in Brazil
Twelve teams guaranteed their place last week in the Federal District, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo regionals. In Brasília (DF), there were 21 teams, totaling 153 competitors, representing five States of the Federation: DF, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul and Rondônia.

In Rio de Janeiro, the competition at the SESI school in Tijuca featured around 300 students from 26 teams, 20 from SESI, five from private schools and one from a public institution. In São Paulo, 35 teams from public and private schools, NGOs and garages competed for a place in the national tournament.
FLLC is the robotics competition for beginning students, where young people ages 9 to 15 program LEGO robots and develop Innovative solutions to a real problem within the theme of the season – which, this year, is Masterpiece, related to the world of arts.
