Petrobras carried out today (06/07) the total sale of its stake in the onshore and shallow water field, located in the state of Alagoas
Petrobras informed in a note published to the market that it signed with the company Petromais Global Exploração e Produção SA (Petro+) the contract for the transfer of its entire participation in a set of seven land concessions (onshore) and shallow waters called Polo Alagoas, located in the state of Alagoas. Sale of Petrobras' onshore field to Petro+
The value of the total sale by Petrobras to Petro+ was US$ 300 million, of which: (a) US$ 60 million was paid on this date and; (b) US$240 million to be paid upon closing of the transaction. The amounts do not consider the adjustments due until the closing of the transaction, which is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent, such as approval by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP).
According to the state-owned company, this disclosure of the sale of the onshore and shallow water field is in accordance with Petrobras' internal rules and with the provisions of the special procedure for the assignment of rights to explore, develop and produce oil, natural gas and other hydrocarbons. fluids, provided for in Decree 9.355/2018.

The Alagoas Pole, site of the onshore and shallow water field
The Alagoas Hub, where the onshore and shallow water field that was sold by Petrobras is located, comprises seven production concessions, six onshore – onshore (Anambé, Arapaçu, Cidade de São Miguel dos Campos, Furado, Pilar and São Miguel dos Campos ) and the Paru field concession located in shallow waters, with a water depth of 24 meters.
The center's average production from January to May 2021 was 1,9 thousand bpd of oil and condensate and 602 thousand m³/d of gas, generating 0,9 thousand bpd of NGL (natural gas liquids). In addition to Petrobras' fields and production facilities, the transaction includes the Natural Gas Processing Unit (UPGN) in Alagoas, whose processing capacity is 2 million m³/day, and which is responsible for processing 100% of from the pole's gas and by the generation of LGN.

In a note published to the market, Petrobras reported that, continuing the statement released on 05/08/2020, it finalized today the sale of its 50% stake in the Dó-Ré-Mi onshore oil field, located in Bowl of Sergipe-Alagoas, in the state of Sergipe, for the company Centro-Oeste Oil and Gas Ltda.
After fulfilling all the conditions precedent, the sale of Petrobras' onshore oil field was concluded for the amount of US$ 37,6 thousand, which had already been paid to the state-owned company on the date of signature of the purchase and sale agreement, on the day August 5 last year. This disclosure is in accordance with Petrobras' internal rules, and with the provisions of the special procedure for the assignment of rights for exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas and other fluid hydrocarbons, provided for in Decree 9.355/2018.
