Foresea graduates 48 trainees in the Offshore Development Program, highlighting technical training and supervised shipments.
Foresea has just completed an important training cycle in its Offshore Development Program, training 48 new professionals ready to embark. This initiative, which aligns with the best industry standards, is essential for the preparation of technicians who will work directly in the company's offshore operations. The focus of the program is to ensure that trainees receive not only the indispensable theoretical knowledge, but also the supervised practice necessary for safe and efficient performance in the drilling rigs.
Developed in collaboration with Firjan Senai, the Offshore Development Program, or PDO, is a project aimed at the extensive training of new talent. The continuous training includes a year of immersion in advanced techniques and robust practical experience through supervised embarkations. This program, therefore, represents one of the most complete routes for those wishing to enter the offshore drilling career. With an emphasis on safety and technical competence, participants emerge ready to face industry challenges with confidence and skill.

Valuing Theoretical and Practical Knowledge
During this special event, COO Heitor Gioppo and VP of Administration & People, Mario Nano, emphasized the relevance of the Offshore Development Program as an innovative training program, where technical graduation Theoretical and practical skills are effectively combined to train professionals in the offshore drilling sector. Such an approach is essential to ensure that graduates are fully capable of meeting the challenging demands of this field.
