Sesc PR is accepting applications for 778 free places in English course throughout the state. The vacancies are offered to people of different ages and levels of knowledge, with the aim of providing the opportunity to learn English for free. The English course is completely free, covering both the monthly fees and the teaching materials used in the classes, produced by Cambridge University Press. Registration for the course is open until January 20, 2025.

In Campo Mourão, Sesc offers 51 places for the English course.

To enroll in the free English course, candidates must meet the low-income criteria defined by Sesc PR.
The English course is available to people aged 11 and over, if they meet these requirements.
How to apply?
To secure one of the free spots at course in English, the interested party must go to the Sesc unit in Campo Mourão, located at Avenida João Bento, 2020.
Service hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:30 am to 11:30 am and from 13:00 pm to 20:30 pm.
When registering for the course, the candidate or guardian (if the applicant is a minor) must complete the forms and attach the required documentation, as described in the notice.
Registration for the free English course is open until January 20, 2025.
Sesc PR defines low income as those who have a family income of up to two federal minimum wages per capita.
The free English course is available to the general public who meet this criteria, in addition to retail workers.

Sesc results and courses
The results will be announced from February 11, 2025, on the competition's official website.
If the free vacancies are not enough, Sesc PR also offers paid English courses with affordable monthly fees.
Teaching materials are included in the monthly fees, and students who already have knowledge of the language can take a placement test.
