The Qualifica São José initiative is with 4.766 open positions for free qualification courses, offering a wide variety of areas of knowledge and professional training. The program seeks to meet different profiles of students and professionals who wish to expand their skills.
Among the highlights, the English and basic Spanish courses have the largest number of vacancies, with 1.000 opportunities each. Registration for these two options begins this Thursday (16), while the other courses are already available for registration.
Courses with high demand and a focus on practical qualifications
The program also offers free qualification courses with 500 places in areas such as Trade Marketing, Human Resources Routines and Labor Legislation, Basic Python Programming, Digital Marketing, Online Sales Planning and Product Pricing Strategies. These training courses are designed to prepare participants for the current demands of the job market.

About the Qualifica São José program
Recognized as one of the most impactful initiatives in professional training in Brazil, Qualifica São José's main objective is to insert qualified workers into the market. Last year alone, more than 35 free course spots were offered to city residents.
The courses are available in both in-person and distance learning formats, ensuring greater accessibility. Upon completion, all participants receive certificates, which strengthens their qualifications.
The free qualification courses are made possible through strategic partnerships with institutions such as Senac, Sebrae, Senai, Sesi, Fundhas, Cephas and Fundo Social de Solidariedade. In addition to traditional classes, the program promotes workshops, lectures and workshops, contributing to the development of practical skills in different areas.
