The long-awaited notice for the Unified National Competition is about to be launched, bringing with it the expectation of vacancies from the National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples (Funai). It is expected to be announced in the next December 20th, as announced in this week's official schedule.
Founded by Law No. 5.371 in 1967, Funai celebrates 56 years with a fundamental role in protecting indigenous lands, coordinating policies for isolated peoples and development sustaintable of these communities. Its actions are based on respect for the culture and traditions of indigenous peoples, seeking to guarantee their autonomy and self-determination.

The application of the tests is scheduled for 05 May 2024. The 502 authorized places are part of thematic blocks “5. Social Policies, Justice and Health” and “8. Intermediate level".
It is important to highlight that the event already had a specific committee for preparing the Basic Project, which previously detailed the stages of the tests, the application locations and the estimated number of registrants.
