According to the Annual Management Report, Gasmig reached, in 2023, important financial milestones, such as gross revenue of R$4,155 billion, net equity of R$1,305 billion and net profit of R$596,1 million. 'We have never had such a large investment in Gasmig as we are doing now.
Since 2013, when the pipelines of Sul de Minas and Vale do Aço, the annual average investment was R$50 million, and last year we reached R$300 million to enable the growth of this network', highlights the president of Gasmig.
Midwest Project: expansion of Gasmig’s gas pipeline network
One of the important milestones of Companhia Mineira de Gás is the completion of the 'Central-West Project', which aims to expand the gas pipeline network to the Central-West region of Minas Gerais, where approximately R$800 million will be invested, adding around 300 km additional gas pipelines to Gasmig's existing distribution network.
