According to the brand's website, Toyota's new car with a plug-in hybrid system can achieve up to 20 km/l, while CO2 emissions are just 11g/km. Consumption in electric mode is around 11,4 and 12,6 kWh/100 km.
This performance is a record for the model and almost becomes one of the most economical cars on the European market.
The result is only possible due to the WLTP homologation cycle, which tests the consumption and emissions of plug-in hybrid cars with 70 to 85% battery charge. This advance places Toyota's new car at the top of the list of the most efficient vehicles available, surpassing even the new wave of SUVs that has dominated the automotive market.
Details revealed in the design of the new Toyota Prius
The front draws attention with its pointed style, well-cut headlights integrated into the grille and extensive lower opening in the bumper. On the sides, the traditional shape of the body is the same, but now more dynamic and bold.
