GOVBR and the future of remote work

GOVBR, a digital platform that aims to unify and facilitate access to public services, has decided to expand its staff, prioritizing remote work.

This initiative not only reflects changes in the job market, but also the company's commitment to modernizing its operations and integrating more technology into the services offered to the population.

Currently, GOVBR has more than 650 employees focused on improving governance practices and accelerating digital transformation in Brazilian municipalities.

Featured vacancies and priority areas

Between the available vacancies, The positions of Senior Systems Analyst and Software Architect draw attention due to the impact that these professionals will have on the modernization of public services.

The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for planning, developing and managing complex systems, while the Software Architect will play a key role in developing projects that ensure the quality and sustainable growth of GOVBR.

This is a rare opportunity, as it does not require passing a public exam., opening doors for highly qualified professionals who might not otherwise follow the traditional path of public service.

How the selection process works

GOVBR's selection process was designed to identify professionals most aligned with the organization's culture and objectives.

There are several steps, starting with the initial registration, which serves to filter candidates based on their resumes and experiences. Next, a Cultural Fit assessment takes place, where the candidate's personal and professional values are analyzed in comparison with those of GOVBR.

Candidates will then undergo an interview with the Attraction and Selection team, who will assess their technical and behavioral skills.

A Behavioral Mapping will be carried out to identify essential characteristics for good performance in the available functions., and after that, the manager responsible for the vacancy will analyze the candidates’ qualifications.

Finally, a direct interview with the manager will allow expectations to be aligned. and, if all goes well, the proposal will be made. The process culminates in hiring, allowing new professionals to quickly integrate into GOVBR teams.

An unmissable opportunity to stand out

One thing has nothing to do with the other. This missing GOVBR is not from the government, it is a private company, Governança Brasil, from Blumenau SC, and Gov.br is not from the government. Try to find out more about it before publishing this information.
