The Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (IFSC) published Notice No. 26/2025, referring to the selection process for remaining vacancies in Concomitant, Integrated, Subsequent and Proeja/Technical Technical courses. Registration is free and will be held exclusively online. The free technical courses offered cover continuing education and professional training in various areas.
The objective of free technical courses is to train students to work in labor market with quality technical and professional training. Professional qualification courses will be offered in person and through Youth and Adult Education (Proeja). The workload varies according to the course, including practical activities, theoretical classes, seminars and assessments to ensure comprehensive training.
Vacancies and locations offered
The Federal Institute-IFSC offers remaining vacancies in several campuses throughout the state of Santa Catarina, as described in the notice. The free technical courses offered are:

- Jaraguá do Sul: Clothing Technician and Systems Development Technician.
Selection process and quotas
The selection for professional qualification will be carried out in order of registration, respecting the quotas established in MEC Ordinance No. 2.027/2023. There are reservations for black, mixed-race, indigenous, quilombola, people with disabilities and students from public schools. If the vacancies are not filled, they will be allocated to general competition.
Application requirements
For concurrent courses, candidates must be enrolled in high school at another institution. Integrated courses require completed elementary school, while subsequent courses require completed high school. Proeja/Técnico is intended for students over 18 years of age who have completed elementary school.
Selection process schedule
- Registration: From 10/02/2025 (08h) to 19/02/2025 (23h59).
- Announcement of approved candidates: 21/02/2025.
- Subsequent calls: Published as needed to fill vacancies.

Registrations are made exclusively through the Federal Institute website sistemadeingresso.ifsc.edu.br/inicio.php. There is no registration or monthly fee.
