IF do Espírito Santo opens 1.045 vacancies for in-person and distance learning technical courses in 2025.
The Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (IFES) announced the opening of registrations for the Selection Process (Notice 54/2024) which aims to fill 1.045 vacancies in technical courses for the year 2025. This IF process includes both in-person and distance learning courses, covering subsequent and concomitant technical areas. The objective is to offer free and quality training to those interested in various areas of knowledge.
Opportunities in technical courses at IF
The IF of Espírito Santo offers vacancies in two types of courses technical: concomitant and subsequent.
Concomitant technical courses are aimed at students who are continuing their high school education, while subsequent courses are aimed at those who have already completed high school.

Concurrent technical courses include:
- Vitoria Campus: Roads (40 vacancies), Mechanics (18 vacancies), Metallurgy (16 vacancies), Electrotechnics (16 vacancies);
- Vila Velha Campus: Chemistry (40 vacancies);
- Serra Campus: IT (40 vacancies), Industrial Automation (32 vacancies);
- São Mateus Campus: Electrical engineering (36 vacancies);
- Nova Venécia Campus: Mining (40 vacancies);
- Linhares Campus: Industrial Automation (36 vacancies);
- Cachoeiro de Itapemirim Campus: Electromechanics (18 vacancies), Mining (18 vacancies), Internet Computing (20 vacancies);
- Aracruz Campus: Mechanics (40 vacancies).
Subsequent Technical Courses
For candidates who have already completed high school, vacancies are distributed as follows:

- Guarapari Campus: Commerce (40 vacancies), Mechanics (36 vacancies);
- campus colatina: Occupational Safety (32 vacancies);
- Cefor Campus – EAD: Didactic Multimedia (40 vacancies);
- Cariacica Campus: Logistics (72 vacancies), Ports (36 vacancies).

As inscriptions for Selection Process 54/2024 must be carried out exclusively through the IF website.

The deadline for registration is September 13, 2024.
The registration fee is R$65,00, but candidates can request exemption until August 30, 2024, according to criteria established by the IF.
IF selection and criteria
Candidates will be selected based on an analysis of their academic records. Classification will be based on the documentary evidence presented at the time of registration.
It is important that interested parties are aware of the requirements and deadlines to ensure their participation in the selection process.
