IFMS offers 560 vacancies for free distance technical courses

IFMS opens selection for 560 vacancies of free distance technical courses in ten cities in Mato Grosso do Sul

O IFMS - Federal Institute of Mato Grosso do Sul, published this Monday, April 22, the notice nº 032/2019  of the selection process for filling 560 vacancies in the institution's distance technical courses in 10 cities. The opportunities are for technical courses in Administration, Buildings and Maintenance and IT Support, in the municipalities of Aquidauana, Campo Grande, Camapuã, Corumbá, Itaporã, Jardim, Naviraí, Nova Andradina, Pedro Gomes and Ponta Porã.

About the Courses

The courses are free and last for one year and a half (Maintenance and IT Support) and two years (Administration and Buildings). The selection will be made through an electronic lottery, under the responsibility of the Reference Center for Educational Technologies and Distance Education (Cread), with half of the vacancies offered being reserved for candidates who attended all of high school in public schools.

The final result and the first call will be announced on June 14th. The start of classes is scheduled for this semester. The full selection schedule is available at annex I of the notice.

The activities are guided by tutors in a virtual teaching and learning environment. In addition, the classes also participate in weekly face-to-face meetings.

Requirements and Enrollment

The only requirement to apply for the vacancy is to have completed high school. Registration is free and can be done between April 29th and May 21st, by Candidate's Page. At the time of registration, the candidate must inform the CPF number in his/her name. Click here to know all the details.
