The PROA Institute opened 35 thousand places in free and online courses, aimed at young people aged 17 to 22 who have completed or are completing high school in public schools.

Interested parties have until July 31st to register. According to the PROA Institute, the selection process includes a Portuguese language test, mathematics and profile analysis.

Classes begin on September 2, and all content is offered online, allowing students to study from anywhere with internet access.

Vacancies are distributed as follows:

São Paulo: 15 thousand vacancies
Rio de Janeiro: 8 thousand vacancies
Minas Gerais: 4 thousand vacancies
Rio Grande do Sul: 2 thousand vacancies
Paraná: 1 thousand vacancies
Santa Catarina: 1 thousand vacancies
Mato Grosso do Sul: 1 thousand vacancies
Pernambuco: 1 thousand vacancies
Bahia: 1 thousand vacancies
Goiás: 750 vacancies

Course structure

The course has a total duration of 100 hours and is divided into four main modules: Self-knowledge, Professional Project, Logical Reasoning and Communication.

According to the Institute, students also participate in live remote meetings with tutors once a week.

In addition to the basic modules, students can opt for a specific fifth technical module, with 50 hours of preparation sponsored by large companies. Available areas include:
