Inclusive opportunity: Vivo opens internship vacancies with half of the positions for black talents across the country!

More than 400 internship vacancies at Vivo were distributed throughout Brazil, with 50% of the opportunities reserved for black talent. The application period is now open, and interested students must apply by November 21st.

The selection process for internship vacancies at Vivo will be held online and includes individual tests, as well as group dynamics. Unlike other companies, Vivo does not require knowledge in languages for this selection.

Who can apply?

To participate, the candidate must be a university student, with completion of the course scheduled between July 2026 and July 2027, or be studying technology from the second semester onwards, with at least one year of availability for an internship.

During the selection process, participants will have access to content focused on the development of behavioral skills, something that the company considers essential for its work environment.

Locations of internship vacancies at Vivo

The vacancies are available in several Brazilian cities, which broadens the scope of the program. In Rio de Janeiro, for example, 14 opportunities are offered, while other capitals such as São Paulo, Vitória, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Belém, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Recife and Salvador also have vacancies. In addition, cities such as Barueri, Campinas, Caxias do Sul and São José are on the list.

Benefits and training

Successful interns will receive a competitive stipend compared to the market and will have access to VIBE, Vivo's flexible benefits program. Benefits include meal and transportation vouchers, health and dental plans, life insurance and even a gym membership.

In addition, Vivo's internship program offers benefits that include a day off on your birthday, a smartphone with unlimited data and voice, and discounts on services such as landline, broadband, TV and free apps. Interns can also work remotely for up to three days a week.

Professional development

Vivo also promises a training track comprised of topics related to its organizational culture. Interns will have access to training modules on behavioral skills, work methodologies and tools, and culture and diversity topics. In addition, the company will include topics on Vivo's business and history, offering a comprehensive view of the telecommunications sector.

Internship contracts will last between 12 and 24 months, depending on the student’s year of graduation. This model allows young people to develop practical skills and advance their professional training within one of the largest telephone companies in the country.

Why apply?

For young university students, this is an opportunity to learn in a large company with a strong presence in the market. In addition to the benefits and training offered, Vivo seeks to develop talents that can contribute to the future of the organization.

With a structured and inclusive internship program, Vivo reinforces its commitment to diversity and training professionals for the telecommunications sector.

Interested parties should access the website Vivo official website and register for the selection process by the deadline.
