The ISS RJ 2023 public tender is scheduled for the beginning of this year and has numerous vacancies in various sectors with salaries that exceed R$ 20.
The opening of the ISS RJ 2023 Contest was recently announced. The public contest has vacancies for higher-level professionals in several areas, with a remuneration which can reach up to R$ 23.876,91. The bank responsible for the event, which will take place at the beginning of the year, will be the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), according to a note published in the Official Gazette of the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Higher level vacancies available in this public tender are for Income Tax and Planning and Budget Analyst
According to data released by the Municipal Secretariat of Finance and Planning (SMPF), the positions offered in the ISS RJ contest are at a higher level and are divided into Income Tax and Planning and Budget Analyst vacancies.
Figures released by the municipality of Rio de Janeiro indicate that the starting salary of an Income Inspector is approximately R$ 23.876,91 and at the end of the career, the remuneration tends to increase, reaching up to R$ 40.413,80.

The remuneration of a Planning and Budget Analyst, still according to municipal data from Rio, is initially BRL 11.521,71 and, at the end of the career, it can reach up to BRL 31.070,18.
For the ISS RJ contest, documents are requested from the candidates and all applicants will be evaluated only in the objective test
Another note released was the requirements to carry out the ISS RJ contest. To join both the vacancy of Income Tax and the vacancy of Planning and Budget Analyst, the candidate must have his/her higher education diploma in an institution duly accredited by the MEC in any area.
Regarding the stages of the ISS RJ contest, applicants will be evaluated only by the objective test. You will not have any other type of evaluation such as discursive tests or evaluation of titles for this position.
According to the Municipal Treasury Department of Rio de Janeiro, the last tender was held 12 years ago
According to the body of the Secretariat of Rio de Janeiro, the last contest was held in the first administration of Eduardo Paes, in 2010.
Twelve years ago, the public notice contemplated vacancies for the careers of Treasury Agent and Engineering Work Agent and in all 12 vacancies were opened, 100 for sales inspectors, 40 for labor agents and 40 for farm agents.
In the same way as this contest that takes place this year on the ISS RJ, the applicants were evaluated objectively, through a test. Only the inspector vacancies had discursive test.
What is the ISS and how does it work?
The acronym ISS derives from the name: Tax on Services of Any Nature. It is a tribute provided for in article 156, III, of the Federal Constitution of 1988, whose competence lies with the municipalities and the Federal District. In Niterói, it is disciplined by articles 65 and 124 of Law 2.597/08 and amendments.
