Introduction to Systems Control: explores fundamentals and applications in modern society, highlighting feedback. Discover its presence in everyday life, nature and technology, and acquire a theoretical basis for analysis, design and optimization of control systems.
Control Using Frequency Response: In this course you will learn how to obtain the frequency response of a Linear and Time Invariant (LIT) system and use it to design controllers that meet transient and steady-state response requirements. You will learn how to obtain the Bode diagram from amplitude and phase data of sinusoidal inputs and outputs. You will also be able to sketch the Bode diagram of a system given its transfer function. Furthermore, you will be able to represent the frequency response in the Nichols-Black chart.
Discrete Time Control: The objective of this course is to introduce the subject of Discrete Time Control for linear and time-invariant systems. Techniques for dealing with the implementation of computer controllers are presented, requiring consideration of the time discretization inherent to their use.
Systems Control in the S-Plane: After this course you will be able to sketch the Root Locus (LGR - Root Locus) of the denominator of the Closed Loop Transfer Function from the poles and zeros of the Open Loop Transfer Function.
Agile Development with Design Patterns: The objective of this course is to offer you an in-depth look at object-oriented programming techniques through the use of design patterns in the context of agile development.
Agile Development with Advanced Java: The objective of this course is to enrich your experience with advanced Java concepts, Web application programming and database access in the context of agile modeling.

From basic knowledge you will be able to carry out analysis and design in state space and will be able to advance your studies in modern control.
Principles of Agile Software Development: The objective of this course is to expose you to the main techniques and principles of agile development, especially those that have become popular due to their use in the Scrum framework and the XP (Extreme Programming) methodology. We present Scrum&XP, an appropriate combination of the Scrum framework with the XP – Extreme Programming methodology, without however claiming that you will be learning everything about Scrum or XP.
TDD - Test Driven Software Development: This course will have a strong focus on hands-on activities, allowing you to capture all the practical aspects of the technique and facilitate its application when designing and developing software in an agile manner in future courses.
