Itaú opens enrollment for the Impulsione Initiative and offers 1.000 training places with CPA-10 and CPA-20 certifications

Itaú started enrollment for the initiative boost, a program that is being carried out in partnership with Rafael Touro Finance Academy. The objective of the project is to prepare professionals who work in the financial sector for the significant certifications that are necessary to work in the area.

People who self-identify as black or brown, as well as people with disabilities, are the focus of this edition of the Impulsione project, and will be able to receive one of the 1000 training scholarships available with certifications CPA-10 e CPA-20.

Why are the CPA-10 and CPA-20 certifications important?

Obtaining one of these certifications offered by Anbima is the initial step for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the financial sector. With them, professionals began to meet the basic requirements to work, among other things, in bank branches that serve high-income clients and retail clients.

The CPA-10 certification is intended for those who work in the area of ​​distribution of investment-related products. The CPA-20 is a certificate designed for financial professionals who are dedicated to the distribution of investment goods to clients in the high-income retail, private, corporate and institutional investors sectors of the market. 

It is important to remember that a professional with CPA-20 certification can perform the same functions as one with CPA-10. However, the opposite is not possible.

Prerequisites to apply for a training grant from the Impulsione initiative by Itaú

The necessary conditions that must be met to participate in the project selection process are as follows:

• hold a degree from an institution of higher learning or currently enrolled in a course, in any field;
• Have previous work experience in the commercial sector.

How do I sign up for the boost initiative?

Registration is now open and must be done online, through the Itaú careers page, which can be accessed through this link. 

After enrolling, candidates will undergo interviews with members of Itaú Unibanco's selection team. This process will remain until December 2023, when registration will be open. There will be 16 classes formed during this period, and placement will be determined by the order in which participants register

As a final benefit, Itaú will reimburse the money paid for the CPA-10 and CPA-20 certification exams for professionals who are hired by the company.
