North Sea oil company Ithaca Energy appoints Iain Lewis as new interim CEO following the departure of Alan Bruce.
Ithaca Energy, one of the North Sea's leading oil companies, has announced the appointment of an interim CEO, while Alan Bruce has joined removes from office.
Having led Ithaca Energy through a successful IPO and first year as a listed company, Alan Bruce has agreed with the board that he will step down from his role as chairman to pursue new opportunities.
The board will move forward with a formal search process to appoint a new executive director as soon as possible.

New CEO Iain Lewis takes on dual roles as Interim CEO and Chief Financial Officer
Until a new CEO is appointed, Iain Lewis will perform a dual role as Interim CEO with immediate effect, as well as continuing as Finance Director, working alongside Gilad Myerson, Executive Chairman and the company's leadership team.
