Responsibilities: Conduct investigations of possible failures in critical assets using methodologies such as RCM, RCA, FTA, PDCA and FMEA, with the aim of reducing the recurrence of failures and ensuring the reliability and availability of assets. Periodic meetings must be held to analyze failures, following specific methodologies to identify and resolve issues systematically.
