Throughout the Armac Trainee Program, those selected will have the chance to work in several areas, such as Operations, Maintenance, Sales, People and Management, Communication, Finance and Workshop, involving project management in their day-to-day activities, solving complex problems , teamwork, among other activities.

After registering, the candidate will have to take online tests and record a video answering questions about Armac's values. In this recording, the candidate chooses an Armac value and talks about the topic. Those selected in the first phase will be invited to face-to-face dynamics and individual interviews.
