- VMWare (Desirable Certification) and Cloud Computing (vCloud, vRealize and public clouds: Amazon, Azure and Google);
- Storage Management and Maintenance (Desirable knowledge in EMC Storages);
- Windows Server File Servers;
- Control-M or Jobs scheduling tools;
- Zabbix or monitoring tools;
Standards and Projects: PMBOK, Data Center technical standards, ISO 27001 and 27002, Cobit and ITIL.
