IFPE offers a free Basic French course. Registration is open until July 15th, and classes take place between July 18th and August 23rd, in a blended format. In-person classes will be at IFPE-Campus Recife and asynchronous classes will be held via Google Classroom.
Unmissable opportunity for anyone who wants to learn French for free! O Federal Institute of Pernambuco (IFPE), through the Department of International Relations (DRIN) and the Center for LIBRAS and Foreign Languages (CELLE) of the Rectory, is offering a free course of Basic French with 30 vacancies available.
With a 24-hour workload and semi-presential modality, this course is part of the Franmobe Program (French for Student Mobility), promoted by the French Consulate in Brazil. Don't waste time, registrations are running out!
Course Details
The classes, taught by a French exchange assistant from a French-speaking country, will take place from July 18th to August 23rd.

In-person meetings will be held at IFPE-Campus Recife (block F, room F-29), every Thursday, from 14pm to 16pm. Asynchronous classes will take place via Google Classroom, totaling two hours per week of remote dedication.
The course is open to both the internal and external IFPE community. To participate, simply fill out the electronic form available in the notice, from 8 am to 18 pm on July 15th.
Selection will be in order of registration, with results announced on July 16th. To guarantee your place, you must have email, computer equipment and internet access.
Certification and Requirements
Certification will be granted by the Department of International Relations, taking into account satisfactory performance in activities and a minimum attendance of 75% in face-to-face classes.

How to Register for the French Course
To register, go to electronic form in the notice, available on the IFPE website, on July 15th, between 8am and 18pm. Vacancies will be filled in order of registration, so don't waste time!
