The Institute is offering 315 free places, distributed between English and Spanish courses, aimed exclusively at residents of seven municipalities in the state.

Registration open and selection criteria
Registrations can be made until January 3, 2025 and are intended for residents of Amambai, Antônio João, Costa Rica, Dourados, New Alvorada do Sul, New Andradina and Ribas do Rio Pardo.
Although the courses are mostly online, participants must attend the IFMS unit in their city in person once a week for in-person activities.
The selection process will be carried out by public draw, ensuring greater transparency in the selection of participants.
According to the schedule, the draw will take place on 13 January 2025, and the result with the classification of the candidates will be published on the day January 16,.
In addition, those who secure their places must register in person between the days February 3 and 12.
If some vacancies are not filled, the Federal Institute will make new calls until all positions are filled.
Course structure and details
The courses are classified in the modality of Initial and Continuing Education (FIC), lasting five months and a total of 200 class hours.

The result of the evaluation will be released on the day January 31,, indicating candidates eligible to enter this more advanced level.
