The 2023 Trainee Program lasts 16 months, starting in January 2023. The selected people will work in the area for which they were approved, carrying out specific projects and job rotation in related areas. In parallel with the projects, they will also participate in mentoring sessions with Leaders and in the internal talent development program of all investee companies of the Votorantim SA holding, with three weeks of training and project development.

Requirements: To enroll in our 2023 Trainee Program, you must have a maximum of three years of training, national mobility and – as these are specific opportunities – a degree in one of the courses indicated for the chosen vacancy. The process does not delimit university, region of origin or age of candidates.
