The process is 100% virtual and offers eight positions in the areas of sales, marketing, strategic planning, controllership, people (HR), logistics, Viter (agricultural inputs) and Verdera (waste management and co-processing). The company's intention is that selected people will be hired in these areas at the end of the program.

Votorantim Cimentos' Trainee Program 2022 lasts for 16 months, starting in January 2022. The selected people will work in the area for which they were approved, carrying out specific projects and job rotation in related areas. In parallel with the projects, they will also participate in mentoring sessions with Leaders and the Potenciar Program, along with internal talents from all the Votorantim Group investees, with three weeks of training in project development.
