Pepsico wants to have more black people in leadership positions by 2025
Pepsico do Brasil recently announced that it wants to increase the number of black people in leadership positions at the company by 2025. The idea reinforces the company's worldwide commitment to racial equity. On the 21st of March, the International Day Against Racial Discrimination was celebrated. Pepsico's goal is that, within four years, the number of black leaders will be 30%.
