Activities: Weld simple structures and pressurized equipment using submerged arc process, preferably in MIG/MAG processes for sealing parts; perform welding processes meeting the specifications of filler materials; preferably perform gouging services.
boilermaker I
Requirements: Complete high school; knowledge in handling measuring instruments and materials, trigonometry and technical boilermaking drawings
Activities: Tracing, assembling, calibrating cold and hot, leveling parts with a level and hoses, stitching simple structures, cutting with a torch to make parts in sheets and profiles; level turning-rolls
Calender Operator I
Requirements: Complete high school; knowledge in handling measuring instruments and materials, trigonometry and technical boilermaking drawings
Activities: Carry out the forming of sheet metal using small and medium-sized calenders, measuring instruments and templates; perform spot welds on shaped parts.
Helper
Requirements: Complete high school
Activities: Assist in cutting, forming, machining, boilermaking and welding tasks; finishing with a sander on boiler parts; moving warehouse parts (upon request) and workstations.
Boiler 1/2 official
Requirements: Complete high school; knowledge in trigonometry and geometry; boilerwork instrumentation such as: measuring tapes, rulers, spirit levels, level hose
Activities: Assist boilermakers in the assembly of equipment and scaffolding; trace, level, align simple parts in the accessories and preparation sectors.
official 1/2 welder
Requirements: Complete high school; knowledge in welding process
Activities: Weld simple structures with coated electrode and/or MIG/MAG in non-pressurized equipment and structures in general; read and interpret drawings and specifications regarding welding.
