The asphalt plant will be presented at Paving Expo 2022; Fair takes place until Friday at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo/SP

Considered the most complete infrastructure and construction fair in Brazil, Paving Expo opens its doors this Wednesday (8/6), at the Expo Center, in São Paulo. The event continues until Friday, bringing together manufacturers, importers, distributors and service providers in the sector. The company from Rio Grande do Sul, Margui Engenharia de Equipamentos, is present at the fair at stand 304. In addition to strengthening relationships with customers and partners, the brand also takes the opportunity to present to the public a major launch: the new UAM 40-60 asphalt plant.

The novelty has low maintenance costs and combines technology and robustness in the same equipment. The UAM 40-60 asphalt plant is mobile and has a production capacity of up to 60 tons of asphalt per hour. Measuring 20,1 meters in length and 4,4 meters in height, Margui's UAM 40-60 weighs 28 tons and is 3,2 meters wide.

In addition to the fair, the Paving Expo it also includes a program focused on lectures and conferences. “After two years without face-to-face events, Margui resumes its participation in fairs at the Paving Expo, which is the stage for many ideas, contacts and business. The fair is an excellent opportunity to connect with customers and partners. We will also be present at conferences that will discuss the challenges and opportunities of the sector, which is fundamental for the development of our segment in Brazil”, points out Gilberto Luz, engineer and CEO of the company.

Margui's return to fairs is followed by another important moment for the company: in the first quarter of this year, the unification of the brand's two factories was completed. The factory that until then was in Flores da Cunha, in the Serra Gaúcha, was transferred to the municipality of Vale Real, joining forces with the facilities that already operated in the city. The transfer had already been planned since 2020, when Margui acquired the company Plamex, based in the Vale do Caí region. With the union of the two operations, the expansion of the manufacture of new products and the delivery of even more complete solutions are foreseen, in addition to the generation of new jobs.
