In a press conference last Monday, the president of the republic, Jair Bolsonaro, announced a measure that foresees the cut of taxes collected by the states and some everyday items, such as electricity, which can be reduced by 17%. Companies can benefit.

How does the project intend to work and how will it impact the companies' cash flow?
As previously mentioned, the reduction in the electricity bill can reach 17% – but it varies, because each state has a different percentage in terms of taxes.
