$895 billion military budget: United States equips 7 ships, 1 aircraft carrier and 200 planes
United States approves robust military budget for 2025, investing in technology and expansion of the Armed Forces.

At nearly $1 trillion, the United States military budget includes 300 armored vehicles, salary increases of up to 14,5% and investments in cutting-edge technology to ensure world supremacy.

The United States has taken a bold step in strengthening its defense by approving a staggering $895 billion military budget for fiscal year 2025. This amount, which approaches $1 trillion, reflects the country's determination to maintain its global supremacy through massive investments in technology and military expansion.

The military budget approved by the United States Congress covers a wide range of essential expenses. Among them, the most notable are the salary increases of 14,5% for recruits and 4,5% for other military personnel and officers, aa strategic measure to attract and retain young talent in the Armed Forces. In addition, almost 30% of the budget is allocated to payroll, ensuring the readiness and motivation of the troops.

High military budget

The military budget also allocates a significant portion to research and development, ensuring that the United States remains at the forefront of defense technological innovations.
The military budget also allocates a significant portion to research and development, ensuring that the United States remains at the forefront of defense technological innovations.

As for the military budget, the United States plans to acquire 200 aircraft, 300 armored vehicles and seven warships, including destroyers and cruisers. One of the highlights is the construction of a new nuclear aircraft carrier, which will significantly strengthen the American naval presence on the global stage.

Technological modernization is one of the pillars of the United States military budget. Investments in hypersonic weapons, space defense systems and cybersecurity are priorities to maintain military superiority over adversaries such as China and Russia. The renewal of the nuclear triad and the expansion of the space force, in partnership with companies such as SpaceX, are also part of the plan, reflecting the need to adapt to new threats and geopolitical challenges.

Economic growth of the country

Despite its high value, the military budget’s share of the United States’ GDP has been declining over the years, currently standing at around 3,5%. This relative decline is a result of the country’s strong economic growth and changes in military financing strategies. However, growing competition with China and Russia’s aggressiveness in Eastern Europe continue to shape the Pentagon’s priorities.

The 2025 military budget also faces criticism, especially regarding its long-term sustainability, given that the United States’ debt exceeds $36 trillion. Critics argue that the spending levels are unsustainable, while supporters say they are essential to ensuring national security in an increasingly unpredictable world.

The robust military budget of the United States for 2025 represents a firm commitment to modernization and expansion of military capabilities, reflecting today’s complex geopolitical dynamics. While seeking to maintain its global leadership, the country faces the challenge of balancing spending with the need for long-term economic sustainability.

Those days are gone. A single hypersonic device is capable of sinking an aircraft carrier. That supremacy is a thing of the past…

We should imitate them, many temporary workers and a much fairer social security system, without any waste.

There are still **** who want to compare the American Armed Forces with the Brazilian ones. Lula is only destroying the careers of the military. This drunkard is vengeful and doesn't even give a salary increase. There they give 14,5% and here in Brazil? They increase the discounts and still make them work much more.
